Medical Technologist (Lab)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sample Collection & Testing: Gather blood, urine, and tissue samples following standard safety protocols, and run tests in fields like biochemistry, hematology, or microbiology. 2. Equipment Maintenance: Clean, operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure accurate results. 3. Reporting & Recording: Document test findings, update registers, and prepare accurate reports for doctors. 4. Inventory Management: Store reagents, track expiration dates, and manage laboratory stock supplies.

Qualifications: Diploma or B.Sc. in Medical Technology (Laboratory) from a recognized institute. Experience: Ranging from 1 to 3+ years of practical work in hospitals, clinics, or NGO health projects (such as DGHS or BRAC initiatives).Soft Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office), clear communication, and adherence to medical ethics.
